Description of Service

Sameplace is a spatial social media platform that allows users to create, share, and discover location-anchored content ("Frames") using smartphones and augmented reality devices. Our service enables users to post images that are tied to real-world locations and can be viewed by others in the same physical space.

User Accounts

To use certain features of Sameplace, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Sameplace. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains harassment, hate speech, or threats
Is obscene, defamatory, or harmful to minors
Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

Location-Based Features

Sameplace relies on location data to provide its core functionality. By using location-based features, you acknowledge that:

Content you post may be visible to others at or near that location
You should respect private property and local laws when posting content
You are responsible for your physical safety when using AR features

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
Use automated systems to access the service
Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

Intellectual Property

Sameplace and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neolithic LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Disclaimers

Sameplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neolithic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
